整機特性
1、高質(zhì)量、高效率的焊接能力，功率因數(shù)達98%，三相輸入負載平衡，對用戶電網(wǎng)的沖擊大大減少，輸出電流為直流，電流平滑，感抗為零，1000HZ的工作頻率，時間控制精度為1MS；
2、高強度的機體結(jié)構(gòu)，剛性好，垂直式加壓機構(gòu)，導向采用直線導軌，隨動性高；
3、采用高速微處理器，運用智能最優(yōu)算化法，液晶屏界面，可存儲60套焊接規(guī)范，具有中英文切換顯示，提供外部BCD碼調(diào)用接口，系統(tǒng)故障自動診斷報警等功能；
4、特別適合焊接導電性較高的鋁、銅材料，比較厚的工件。廣泛適用于航空、航天、汽車、壓縮機及其他領域的高端產(chǎn)品的焊接要求。
